Entry Program for Internationally Qualified Nurses (EPIQ)


Overseas nursing in Australia, The EPIQ program (previously IRON program) is designed to effectively orient overseas qualified

registered nurses through the working conditions and expectations of the Australian health care system,

preparing them to be work-ready and equipped to continue their health careers.

This helps in developing a Diploma in nursing Australia for international students. 




IHM delivers the Entry Program for Internationally Qualified Nurses (EPIQ). The EPIQ program is

accredited by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) and approved by

the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA). The EPIQ program is designed to support

nursing education in Australia for international students the development of Australian-based knowledge and application in nursing in the health care industry for

international registered nurses to gain registration in Australia. 

Students participating within the EPIQ Program are required to undertake both a theoretical, practical,

and clinical component for successful completion of the program.

Few Requirements are:


  • Application form (will be provided in IDP office)

  • Valid PRC ID and PRC documents

  • AHPRA Referral letter

  • Passport

  • Transcript

  • IELTS (7.0 overall; no ban lower than 7.0) or TOEFL (equivalent to 7.0 of IELTS) or PTE (65)

  • Diploma

  • Birth Certificate

  • Employment Certificate

  • Resume
